Payroll is the ultimate duty for any employer to execute month on month for settling the salary to their employees on or before statute deadline to continue and expand their business in long-term growth.

CWTPL also renders services under Payroll, taking care of the salary computations in line with the clients' company policy or appropriate government policy, whichever is applicable. Our automated in-house payroll tool brings in affordability to accommodate various compensation pay structures processed and the output of registers and records under various labour laws is customised so that the client can opt for the registers and records to be prepared under the appropriate rules applicable to them.

CWTPL offers 2 types of payroll services: live and customised payroll. Live Payroll – CWTPL will collect the attendance from the client of their employees and process the payroll i.e., computation of Salary as per attendance and doing deductions as per statute and further preparing & sharing the output of registers & records as per the Act apply for them.

Customised Payroll – CWTPL will collect the processed payroll information from the client and facilitate preparing and sharing the output of registers and records under various labour laws opted by the client for onward submission with their client’s HR/Auditor representative for closing their audit.
