Auto Renewal Process Implemented by AP for Shops & Establishments Registration

The Government of Andhra Pradesh vide a notification dated 22nd March 2022 has informed that the renewal process has been enabled to all kiosks for integrated registration of establishment.

Prior to this, the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide an Order dated 13th August 2021, introduced auto renewal of shops and establishments’ registration certificate after submission of self-certification and payment of fee online instead of exemption from renewal of the Shop & Establishments’ registration granted by the State of Andhra Pradesh vide a notification dated 14th February 2019. This has been done to enhance Ease of Doing Business and minimize regulatory compliance burden by establishments.

Therefore , all the Deputy Commissioners of Labor , Assistant Commissioners of Labor and Assistant Labor Officers in the state are instructed to pursue the auto renewal process by all the Shops and Establishments in order to comply with the said Order and also inform the employers /  Stakeholders to utilize the online facility and remit the requisite fee directly through Mee–Seva .
